Heritage Motors

Had what we thought was a great experience with Heritage Motors, until a situation turned sour really fast. We purchased a vehicle about a year ago and making on time payments up until 3 months ago when job security and hours were compromised. Payments were late but were made. Vehicle ended up going on the repossession list. We made all payments required to take it off of the repossession list, according to them. 4 days after making all initial payments, the vehicle was still repossessed. When we contacted the repossession department we were told that the vehicle was repossessed because of an inactive insurance policy and expired registration. (The last 3-4 months have been a financial struggle for my household). But no one seemed to care. When speaking with Priscilla about the account she made the situation worse by mocking and antagonizing instead of working with us to recover the vehicle and understanding from us (the customers) point of view. They gave us 10 days to recover the vehicle, we recovered it after just 8 days and Heritage still reported it to the credit bureau as a repossession. The account is showing closed on the credit report. I’m waiting to hear back from a credit attorney just to see if this information is legit, if it is then so be it. When I shared that information with Priscilla she abruptly hung up the phone on me. Im not telling anyone to not purchase from Heritage, because everyone will have a different experience. I was just sharing my experience with the repossession department. Kudos to Jeremy for making our buying experience easy. Daisy is also awesome 👍🏾

Had the car less than 1 month. There was already a leak from the transmission that they had to fix. The oil sensor warning came up telling us to shut the car off which they said they fixed, but we still get the ding warning us. Now, the car will not move as we were driving and it abruptly stopped in the middle of the road. So, the wheel won’t turn and we are waiting for a tow truck. It’s been past the 15days but we have less than 500 miles. We will see what these people have to say when I ask for it to be fixed. In my opinion, RUN far away from this place. I have a bad feeling they will not fix this and will not care. I really really want it to work out.

Purchased a vehicle from out of state. Clemente Bonilla responded to quickly to my initial inquiry. Spoke to him several times about the vehicle. Negotiated a fair price, and was lucky enough to meet Clemente in person and finalize the paperwork. In addition, he was able to hold the car over the holidays while I arranged transport.
